Ok, now we are onto the inaugural Tinker Bell 10k. I really, really love that runDisney has started adding this distance to most of their races. I love that the medal is an actual metal medal, instead of the rubber medallion they have for the 5k distances. I think it’s the perfect gateway drug to distance running- it’s a respectable distance to feel amazing for having done it, but it doesn’t take up the entire morning or the entire day the way a half or a full marathon can if you are slower and just starting the distance run journey.
